Andrews, cam driven gear kit. 34T
Grear with keyway. Incl. bolt, key, washer and three spacers. This Andrews 503576 gear is an improved design over the OEM style gear for 1999 only Twin Cams (which is no longer available from OEM). The 1999 OEM design is prone to broken woodruff key's, when this happens the cams, and complete valve train, will stop in the still running engine. The Andrews gear and spacer is made from a 4 times stronger material than the OEM gear, and is of a one-piece design. This one-piece design enables the use of a full length .350" longer woodruff key, which improves strength. Note: Especially in high performance applications it is recommended to use the Andrews 503576 gear for 1999 Twin Cam models.
Fits: > 1999 Twin Cam (NU)
Andrews, EV51 cam .510" lift
.510" valve lift. Longer duration for modified street engines with hydraulic lifters and 9.0 or higher compression ratio. Power range from 2800-6500 RPM. Improved upper end performance. OK for hydraulic lifters and springs. Note: Small base circle cam. Adjustable pushrods, or longer pushrods, are required to gain extra length to compensate for the smaller base circle.
Fits: > 84-99 Evo Big Twin (NU)
Andrews, Twin Cam adj. EZ-install chromoly pushrod set
EZ-install pushrods can be installed without removing the rocker covers of fuel tanks, a big plus when switching to a bolt-in cam. Available in chromoly steel and aluminum. Chromoly pushrods are thinner and have better flex resistancy than aluminum. Aluminum is lighter than chromoly and will reduce inertia mass. But for heavy duty service, like racing and/or high lift cams with high pressure springs it is still advised to run chromoly pushrods. Note: See 503689 for aluminum pushrods.
Fits: > 99-17 Twin Cam A/B (NU)
ANDREWS, 91-03 XL NON-ADJ. CHROMOLY PUSHROD SET
Non adjustable fixed length pushrods, for use with OEM style hydraulic tappets only. Note: See 906691 aluminum pushrods.
Fits: > 91-03 XL (NU)
ANDREWS, EVO B.T. ADJ. CHROMOLY PUSHROD SET
Note: See 503690 for aluminum pushrods.
Fits: > 84-99 B.T. (EXCL. TC)
ANDREWS, J GRIND / .405" LIFT CAMSHAFT
Gives .425" valve lift on Panhead, .405" on Shovelhead. Mild street cam. Smooth idle, more power throughout RPM range. Installs with no headwork.
Fits: > 48-65 Panhead; 66-69 Shovelhead (NU)
ANDREWS, CHAIN DRIVE CAM SHAFT SET TW21/.498"
.498" valve lift. Set includes two chain driven camshafts. A cam drive installation kit, that includes a gear cover gasket, cam bearings and retaining ring can be ordered separately as S&S 503593. Cams can be run with stock hydraulic lifters. Note: Owners of 1999 Twin Cams must separately purchase the splined 00-06 style driven gear (503575 Andrews). 00-06 models can re-use stock 34 tooth driven gear. Note: When using 99-06 chain drive cams for higher lift applications it is recommended to upgrade to gear drive or to convert to the 06-up hydraulic chain tensioners.
Fits: > 99-06 Twin Cam (excl. 2006 Dyna) (NU)
