Replaces OEM 8990/A style ball bearing. This bearing will fit will fit all models as front & rear outer cam bearings. Note: The MoCo has redesigned the Twin Cam rear outer cam bearing from ball to a roller bearing style in 2001. This was done to help prevent failing ball bearings on, specifically, rear (=driveside) cams that are heavier loaded. This 01-up roller style bearing is a 3-piece design that is more heavy duty than the roller bearing. No other parts changed during the bearing changes. The early 99-00 style ball bearings will still fit all 99-06 models front & rear. Using front & rear ball bearings present no issues on cam driven gears.
Fits: > 99-06 Twin Cam (excl. 2006 Dyna) (NU)
Koyo=former Torrington. When still present it is advised to replace the low cost OEM needle bearing in 92-99 Evolution Big Twin models marked 'INA SCE 138 USA' with a 'full needle' bearing to increase reliability. Especially important when using higher lift cams, which increases stress in the camshaft bearing.
Fits: > 58-99 B.T. (excl. Twin Cam) (NU)
S&S, needle bearing camshaft. 'Full needle'

LOCKED THRUST WASHER, CAMSHAFT
With 'ears'. Fits against the crankcase, behind camshaft. This is the locked 'early' 58-90 model for which a separate thrust washer shim is used to achieve correct camshaft end-play. It is also used in virtually all aftermarket 58-99 single cam engines. Note: For 91-99 OEM cases the MCS 906636 thrust washer is used, which is not 'locked' since it has no 'ears'. For this thrustwasher shims for correct end-play cannot be used since the thinnest is already too thick.
Fits: > 58-90 B.T. (OEM CASES); 58-99 B.T. (AFTERMARKET CASES) (EXCL. ALL TC)
Cam chain tensioner, inner
Chain tensioner for the secondary (inner) cam chain drive. OEM style replacement. Compatible with the early Twin Cam models equipped with spring loaded chain tensioners. Note: See 921172 for the primary (outer) cam chain.
Fits: > 99-06 Twin Cam (Excl. 2006 Dyna) (NU)
Andrews, cam driven gear kit. 34T
Grear with keyway. Incl. bolt, key, washer and three spacers. This Andrews 503576 gear is an improved design over the OEM style gear for 1999 only Twin Cams (which is no longer available from OEM). The 1999 OEM design is prone to broken woodruff key's, when this happens the cams, and complete valve train, will stop in the still running engine. The Andrews gear and spacer is made from a 4 times stronger material than the OEM gear, and is of a one-piece design. This one-piece design enables the use of a full length .350" longer woodruff key, which improves strength. Note: Especially in high performance applications it is recommended to use the Andrews 503576 gear for 1999 Twin Cam models.
Fits: > 1999 Twin Cam (NU)
Andrews, EV51 cam .510" lift
.510" valve lift. Longer duration for modified street engines with hydraulic lifters and 9.0 or higher compression ratio. Power range from 2800-6500 RPM. Improved upper end performance. OK for hydraulic lifters and springs. Note: Small base circle cam. Adjustable pushrods, or longer pushrods, are required to gain extra length to compensate for the smaller base circle.
Fits: > 84-99 Evo Big Twin (NU)
S&S, 585G CAMSHAFT (84-99 CAM FOR 48-69 CASES)
Specialty cam. .585" Evo valve lift, .540" Pan/Shovel valve lift. Used in S&S Early Shovel & P-series engines. Required for setting up S&S P-series (Panhead style) heads to work with stock Shovelhead engines. Used in S&S Early Shovel & P-series engines. Cam lifts in Evolution heads (1.65:1 rocker ratio) are higher than in S&S Panhead or Shovel heads (1.5:1 rocker ratio). This results in an approximate 9% lower valve lift in S&S Shovel or Panhead engines. Spring spacing required.
Fits: > 84-99 Evo style cam for 48-69 Panhead cases
