Complete reproduction tappet rollers with needle bearings and axles. Repl. 18534-84 and 18523-86B. Tech tip: Tappet rollers / Cam follower rollers can fail, without warning, and spill needles of the bearing into the engine. This may result in severe engine damage to breather valve, cam, pinion gear, oil pump drive gears, oil pump, tappet blocks, crankcase etc. To avoid this install new tappet assemblies or a tappet roller repair kit on a 'regular' base, like each 60.000km or so, or with each overhaul. The cost of new set of rollers can be minor when compared to the total cost of just one failing tappet roller spilling its needle bearings into your engine.

ANDREWS, EVO B.T. ADJ. CHROMOLY PUSHROD SET
Available in chromoly steel and aluminum. Chromoly pushrods are thinner and have better flex resistancy than aluminum. Aluminum is lighter than chromoly and will reduce inertia mass. But for heavy duty service, like racing and/or high lift cams with high pressure springs it is still advised to run chromoly pushrods. Note: See 503690 for aluminum pushrods.

Simply remove the stock hydraulic units and install the solid tappet converters. Now you have all the benefits of solid lifters. Re-uses the adjustable OEM, hydraulic style, pushrods.
